Oh, the Joys of a College Student

Here is an interesting story I thought ya'll might enjoy!

A Day in my Shoes:
I started off the week Monday morning at 7:30 am. I walked into class with books in one hand and coffee in the other (prepped for the day ahead of me). Once I got out of class, I went to the library on the “quiet floor” to get some studying done. I had one of the most productive days I’ve ever had! I finished up assignments, wrote a paper and typed my notes saving ALL the work on my jump drive. The rest of the day I spent going in and out of classes. After my last class was over I decided to go back to the library but this time I went to the 5th floor (the super “geeky quiet floor”) to do more note taking. I finished the night feeling very industrious. Once I couldn’t keep my eyes open anymore, I got my books together and walked to my car. I was driving home singing along to the radio when I realized….{Here is where the story takes a bad turn}…I had left my jump drive in the computer! AHHH! So what did I do? I turned all the way around in search of my jump drive. Needless to say, I was very thankful the person who used the computer after me turned it into the front desk. So I retrieved my handy dandy memory device and headed back home…once again. Moral of the story- Do not leave your jump drive in the computer!

Now, all joking aside -The past few days have been VERY busy but in a good way. I spent last weekend cramming for my first anatomy test. I had an extreme case of the “test jitters.” After I took the test on Monday anxiety set it. I couldn’t rest until I found out what I got. Well, the results were posted yesterday {drum roll please} I GOT AN A! woo hoo : ) I guess all the time I spent “getting geeky” paid off!

Anywho…it’s off to bed for me now! I hope everything is going well for you all.
