Go Big Blue!

For those of you who didn't know, I'm now a Blue Darter! I'm loving high school and I know that I'm going to have a blast in these next four years! :) I have already met a lot of really nice people and also been reunited with old friends from Trinity Christian School (where me and Brittany went to school for elementary) which was really nice to talk to them and catch up with each other at lunch. As the year goes by, I'm sure that you will occasionaly be seeing some picture from school and the people in my classes!

As for Brittany, being the nerd, she states her status as "getting geeky again and loving it!" Yes you heard me right! Brittany was dying to go back to school and get back to a regular schedule! The #1 reason why I love my sister is because of the love and compassion that she shows me. On the days that she is out at UCF, she will call me once I'm out of school, usually when Im not even home yet from school, and ask me how my day is and what happened and all the latest and greatest news of Apopka! :)

Tension of Opposites

"Have I told you about the tensions of opposites?" he says

The tension of opposites? "Life is a series of pulls back and forth. You want to do one thing but you are bound to do something else. Something hurts you yet you know it shouldn't. You take certain things for granted, even though you know you should never take anything for granted. A tension of opposites like a pull on a rubber band. Most of us live somewhere in the middle."

Sounds like a wrestling match I say."A wrestling match," he laughs, "yes, you could describe life that way." So which side wins? I ask. He smiles as me, the crinkled eyes, the crooked teeth "Love wins, Love always wins"

Fall PhotoShoot

As the summer comes to an end, Brittany and I took this opportunity to go out to the local park and take pictures. As most of you know, I'm starting high school this year and I very likely will have some very time consuming homework in some class. So I'm not sure how much I will be posting but I will be sure to post any big news as it happens. Please pray for everybody that is going back to school in the next couple weeks and also the children who aren't as fortunate as us who are unable to afford an education.
You are way too beautiful girl!

Girls Just Want To Have Fun.

I owned that Rock Wall Baby!

I'm just swinging all my worries away.

Yay! I made it up!

This is an absolutely amazing picture of my sister! :)

It can't get much better than this!

As the August days become less and less, I'm reminded of how thankful I am for the summer. I enjoyed the long days at the beach, afternoons spent boating, dinners with life long friends, canoe days and last but not least the ROAD TRIPS! I wouldn't change anything in the last three months but I am ready to hit the books again. There is just something about learning that I can't keep myself from; I have to admit it's my drug.

Fall 2007 will be full of studying, cramming most importantly and good 'ole FOOTBALL! It will be extremely busy but I am looking forward to delving into the way the body works. When I hear words such as pericardial effusion, sphincters and cardiac tamponade I get excited. I can't wait to start nursing school. (Please pray for me in December as I consider different schools with various assets and liabilites.) Hopefully somewhere between the blood and guts, I'll be able to go to a few games at the Swamp and cheer on the champs!

Tata for now...I love you all!

Photography Madness

Here are some pictures that I took recently that I thought were really good.
Enjoy :)
I'm not exactly sure what I was going for in this picture but whatever it may be, I think I like it!
I'm not quite sure if I have already posted this picture of when we were in Georgia at a Farmers Market. I don't know what it is about this picture but I just love it, I guess it could be the pure fact that you rarely ever see wagons like this around town. :)

I finally talked my mom into letting me get sidewalk chalk (well I still had to pay for it) It doesn't matter how old somebody is you can always play with sidewalk chalk. :) I hope you enjoy them and Please feel free to comment and let me know what you think of them.
